Our Facility

Kathy Santo Dog Training, Inc. is located in Waldwick NJ where students enjoy nearly 13,000 square feet of indoor training space as well as ample outdoor grass and turf fields. The facility has a boutique-style grooming shop, an underwater treadmill for rehab and conditioning work, and much more!

Front Desk & Retail Area

We love our “Dog Moms and Dads” as much as we love their dogs, so our Front Desk team is always here for you and whatever you need! This is also where you’ll find all our most popular treats, training supplies, and more!

Private Lessons Area

We have three different areas in the facility where we have private lessons with our students. Each private lesson is tailored to achieve your specific dog training goals. Whether we’re teaching your dog commands and manners, or solving behavior problems, a private lesson allows our trainers to focus on just you and your dog!

Indoor & Outdoor Play

Because having BOTH is more fun!

Our indoor Play floor provides a safe and sanitary environment for your dog’s play time. ALL puppies and dogs in our Play program are current, in-training students, so we know each and every dog’s personality and temperament! Play team members are formally trained by KSDT in dog body language, basic obedience training and behavior, CPR, *and* first aid, so in addition to loving dogs, they’re also industry PROFESSIONALS. That’s one of the secrets behind how we create perfect playgroups for every dog. Our one-of-a-kind program ensures a safe, clean, fun, and enriching experience for everyone.

We also LOVE seeing our Play dogs having fun on our 3,000 square foot outdoor play space! To keep your dogs clean (and the area hygienic), K9 Grass was installed! To keep your dogs SAFE, it’s gated and fully supervised during all activities. Weather permitting we’ve been hosting playgroups, private lessons, Play events, AND group classes outdoors!

Grooming Shop

We have a state-of-the-art grooming shop at our Waldwick training facility. Our groomers fit into the KSDT ‘brand’ of professional talent and a true love of dogs. We love a clean dog! That’s why we offer bubble baths, nail trims, AND teeth cleaning to make sure that your dog smells as good as he *behaves*.

Agility and Training Center

Our 50’x50’ room has 20ft+ ceilings and a fully matted training floor! This amazing space is perfect for our ‘agility for fun’ program, AND socially distanced group obedience and specialty training classes!

Water Treadmill Room

Now Available To Students At Our Dog Training Facility: AquaPaws SS Underwater Treadmill System!

The exact same equipment that’s in large veterinary hospitals, AquaPaws SS is a unique underwater treadmill system. It’s specifically designed to give dogs the benefits of aquatic therapy for training and conditioning with increased cardio and muscle strengthening, rehab from injury, and general exercise for wellness and weight loss.
