Training success depends on factors beyond our control, including the dog’s age, temperament, health, genetics, environment, prior history, and owner participation, consistency, and follow-through.

By enrolling in services, clients agree that training outcomes are not guaranteed, no refunds or compensation will be provided based on unmet expectations, and KSDT shall not be held liable for the dog’s behavior before, during, or after training.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of security.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts containing inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information.
